Track:

Members of Northglenn Health and Fitness: Log your steps in Coach Rx.

Outside participants: You will be provided a spreadsheet to log your steps. You will also send us a screenshot from your step calculator daily. This will help with accountability too!

Compete: Stay updated with our leaderboard every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning.
